Christian Petroni is an Italian-American chef who grew up on the island of Ponza in Italy, off the coast of Naples. Food was an integral part of his upbringing which led him to develop a love of cooking and career in the culinary world.
He attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked in various acclaimed restaurants where he honed his skills and identified his cooking style - traditional Italian flavors with contemporary techniques.
Christian's gained recognition for his talent after appearing on various shows such as Food Network's 'Chopped' where his infectious personality won over audiences and becoming a successful restaurateur with Italian restaurant chain 'Fortina' serving wood fired pizzas, pastas and small plates.
