Mac and Cheese Pizza
This outrageously cheesy, creamy Mac and Cheese pizza recipe by Chris Roberts aka @Flamebaster will change your life for the better. With four types of cheese: cheddar, Gruyere, parmesan, and cheese slices plus grated truffle, we think this might just be the most insane comfort pizza of all time.

Step 1:
Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes and then drain well and set aside.
Step 2:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the flour to make a roux, cooking the flour through for a few minutes.
Step 3:
Gradually whisk/stir in the milk and cream a little at a time and cook until you have a smooth thickened sauce. Once thickened, remove the sauce from the heat, add the cheddar, gruyere and cheese slices and stir gently until all the cheese has melted. Then add the macaroni to the sauce and mix well.
Step 4:
Let the macaroni cool down a bit before spreading over your stretched chosen pizza dough (here’s a simple pizza dough recipe).
Step 5:
Grate the Parmesan over the pizza base and cook in your Gozney Roccbox or Dome at 450°C/850°F. Once cooked, finish with grated truffle, sit back and enjoy!
