Finger-licking Thai Chicken Wings Recipes
When John Chantarasak from the acclaimed AngloThai tells you how to make Thai chicken wings, you should definitely listen! These awesome chicken wings with black pepper caramel are insanely tasty and seriously levelled up when cooked in Roccbox.
John’s AngloThai concept is influenced by both his Thai and Cornish heritage, serving up awesome recipes with a focus on cooking over fire.
Outrageously Flavoursome Thai Sausage Pizza
Made in Bangkok by the legendary Feng Chen aka @leopardcrust, this herby Thai Sausage Pizza recipe is one outrageously flavoursome dish you need to try!
It features ‘Sai ua’ which is a popular type of sausage from the north of Thailand, made with galangal, cloves, lemongrass, coriander and kaffir lime leaves. You can load it up onto your chosen pizza dough base or make it into patties for the ultimate breakfast sandwich, cooked to perfection in your Roccbox or Dome.
To easily manoeuvre this delicious pizza around your oven, remember to use the Roccbox turning peel.
Awesome Northern Thai Salad
This blackened eggplant with herbal salad and toasted rice powder is sweet and sour with a fiery kick of chilli... the perfect recipe for taking summer salads to the next level.
John Chatarasak aka @englishhippy is back with another awesome Thai inspired dish cooked with fire in the Gozney Dome. This fragrant dish is the perfect recipe for taking summer salads to the next level.

We did the wings and they were epic! The only hitch to the giddiup was I used a large cast iron fry pan and had to wait til the morning for the stove to cool off to extract the pan.
I am thinking of bringing the roccbox to a high temperature, then shutting it off, to bake bread cookies, stuff I don’t want to burn and doesn’t need to cook quickly.
