Pizza Oven Add-ons

Most add-ons are designed for specific Gozney oven models, so compatibility can vary. It’s important to check the product details for each accessory to make sure it fits your oven. If you’re unsure, you can refer to the product specifications or contact our support team for guidance.

While not essential for every setup, a pizza oven stand or table can make a big difference to your cooking experience. It provides a stable, dedicated surface at the right height, helping improve comfort, safety and workflow when cooking outdoors. Choose the option that best suits your space and oven model.

Using a door like the Dome Gen 2 Series Door really opens up your cooking options beyond just pizza. Recipes that benefit most from having a door are those that require steady, retained heat or a smoky environment. Here are some examples:

• Baking bread: The door traps steam and heat, giving you a great crust and even bake.
• Slow-roasting meats: Think brisket, pork shoulder, or whole chickens—locking in heat and smoke for tender, flavorful results.
• Hot-smoking: The door helps infuse foods like fish, ribs, or veggies with rich, smoky flavor.
• Casseroles and stews: The consistent temperature is perfect for slow-cooked dishes.
• Roasting vegetables: You get caramelization and a touch of smoke.

Basically, any recipe that needs controlled heat, smoke, or steam will benefit from using the Dome Gen 2 Series Door.

Yes, you can absolutely still use wood with the Dome Gen 2 Series Neapolitan Arch in place. The Neapolitan Arch is designed to enhance heat retention and create the ideal environment for high-temperature Neapolitan pizza, but it doesn’t restrict your fuel options. You’ll get the best results using kiln-dried hardwood, which burns hotter and cleaner—perfect for achieving those classic leopard-spotted crusts. Just load your wood as usual, and enjoy the improved performance for authentic wood-fired pizza.

No, you cannot use an Arch or Door accessory on the Arc XL, Arc, or Arc Lite ovens. These ovens are not designed to accommodate a separate arch or door attachment. Their design focuses on ease of use and optimal airflow for high-temperature cooking, so adding an arch or door isn’t compatible or necessary for performance. If you’re looking for accessories, I recommend checking out the Arc Mantel, Arc XL Mantel, stands, or booster options, which are specifically designed for these models.

Yes, you can store Gozney ovens outdoors year-round with the Gozney covers. The cover is specifically designed to protect your oven from rain, wind, frost, UV, salt, insects, and wildlife. It’s made from heavy-duty, water-repellent, UV-stable material with a secure fit, so your oven stays protected in all seasons. Just make sure the oven is completely cool before covering it, and you’ll keep your oven in top condition for whenever you’re ready to cook.
