Drew Huston is a dough slinging pro from Sydney, Australia, who made a name for himself as the co-owner of popular pizzeria, Dimitri's. His latest venture is 'City Oltra' a pop up pizza concept which infuses sourdough pizzas with killer soundtracks. Drew's pizza style is anything but ordinary, with left-field touches, such as a roast garlic cream that’s piped onto a mushroom-rich pizza, or an “everyday bagel crumb” that’s like savoury magic dust on a zucchini and ricotta topping. It's what makes City Oltra’s slices so memorable.
